A lion represents courage, to live like a lion for one day or everyday, is to find your truest self and to fully know who you are. Therapy is a mindful practice of being willing and curious enough to look deeper so you may understand some of the unconscious beliefs keeping you from being the person you most want to be.

Therapy is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. So few of us give ourselves one hour a week totally dedicated to our own personal growth. When we are witnessed in our experience by another loving human being it is incredibly healing. Being trained in Eastern and Western psychology, as well as, intuitive energy work, I bring an integral approach to therapy. I use compassion, mindfulness, relational, transpersonal, and intuitive psychotherapy to help you discover your authentic self and uncover anything no longer serving your life’s path.
