“Fall in love with yourself, with life, and then with whoever you want.”

– Frida Kahlo

Let’s face it, relationships take courage! Relationship can be our greatest experience and our most difficult challenge.

I believe the partner/s you are currently with are your greatest teacher/s, whether the relationship is meant to remain the same or meant to change. The relationship may call for greater commitment and hard work or it may call for greater compassion and letting go. Either way it will call on your courage.

Marianne Williamson says relationships “are the hospitals of the soul. They are the places where wounds that we hold will be brought up because that’s the only way they can be healed”. If you agree with her, as I do, then your relationship is an opportunity for great healing. You can take advantage of this opportunity now and get into relationship therapy, or you can come back to it in your next relationship, or the next relationship after that. It is likely, the issues will look very much the same.

I love working with all kinds of consensual relationships. I work with monogamy, polyamory, LGBTQIA+, heterosexual, and any and all consensual combinations not mentioned. I am working with the techniques taught in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
